Install day! Once we get your approval, our team brings everything we need to stage your property to the nines.
We return to destage after the property has been through the appraisal process or when the initial staging contract is up.
There is always the option to extend the staging furniture rental beyond the initial staging contract.
Occupied Home Consultation
Listing an occupied home can be overwhelming but we know just what to do to help simplify the space, prepare you, and your property for the market!

We get right to work creating a quote and a staging plan complete with a list of suggestions to help you get your property ready for us and for potential buyers!
If necessary, we will bring in a few pieces of furniture or decor, rearrange a layout, and help you get your property ready to hit the market.
We return to destage after the property has been through the appraisal process or when the initial staging contract is up.
There is always the option to extend the staging furniture rental beyond the initial staging contract.
Model Homes
We also specialize in furnishing and accessorizing model homes for builders, creating thoughtfully designed spaces that showcase the full potential of a home.
